If an appointment is made at the emergency clinic for your pet, it is wise to take your pets passport or vaccination booklet to show the vet upon arrival.
If your pet takes any medication, it is also advised to take this with you so that you can show it to the on duty vet.
If your pet has eaten something that you think may be toxic, try to bring the (empty) packaging with you, to provide the vet with the specific product information.
