Sterilization / castration Information |

Although informally we use the term “sterilisation”, it should be clarified that we are not only preventing reproduction, but fully removing the hormone-producing organs. In male animals, both testicles are removed (castration); and in females both ovaries are removed (ovariectomy). The prices above all include pain relief and a follow-up appointment 10 days after surgery. |

If your pet is new to the practice or has not been for a long time, we may recommend making appointment for a consultation first, so that the vet can decide exactly what is needed.
